A housewarming gift of their new neighbourhood
New keys, new streets, new everything. A framed 3D model of the neighbourhood they just moved into, with their home marked in colour, is a gift that stays on the wall long after the boxes are unpacked.
Why it works as a housewarming gift
- It's about them, not stuff. Their street, their building, the park at the end of the block.
- It marks the moment. Put the move-in date on the plaque and it becomes a record of where a chapter started.
- It fits any home. The 8 × 8 in stands on a shelf; the 10 × 10 in fills a spot by the door. Both arrive ready to hang.
- No guessing their taste. Six colour palettes, or mix your own, all included in the price, and two frames, white or matte black, so it can match the new place.
How to set it up

Questions
I don't know their exact address.
Design what you know and mark the closest building, or use "Share this design" to send the link to someone who knows. You can also add a note at checkout: we check every model by hand and email you before printing if something looks off.
Will it arrive before the party?
Each model is made to order in up to 5 business days, then shipped tracked: 2 to 6 business days in Canada, 3 to 8 to the US, 5 to 10 to the UK and 6 to 12 to Europe and Switzerland. The shop shows the delivery window for today's order next to the Buy button.
Their building is brand new. Will it be on the map?
The map comes from OpenStreetMap, which volunteers update all the time, but a very new building can take a few weeks to appear. Check the preview; if it's missing, reply to your order email before we print and we'll see what we can do.
