For a flat shipping fee by size we also ship to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and these countries: Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Oman, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

Each model is made to order, then shipped tracked. Weekends and holidays don't count. The designer shows an arrival date for an order placed today, next to the Buy button.

Nothing to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe (EU and Iceland), Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Switzerland. To Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the rest of the world it's a flat fee by size, shown in the designer before you pay.

The total at checkout is everything you pay us. Wherever it ships, that's everything: we pay the import duty and taxes.

We email a tracking number the day it ships. Your order page, linked from your receipt and from Your orders, shows when it's being printed and when it's on the way.

No. Models ship from Canada, and every order ships duty-paid: we pay the import duty, the import VAT or sales tax and the carrier's fees, wherever it goes. The total at checkout is all you pay.

If a carrier ever asks you for a fee anyway, email us a photo of the notice and we'll pay you back. Shipping and returns has the details.

Check the holiday order-by dates: they allow for the slowest making and shipping time. Too late? A gift card arrives by email instantly.

Each model is made for you, so we can't take change-of-mind returns. If you need to change or cancel, write to us as soon as you can: before printing starts we can usually adjust it or refund you in full.

Email a photo to hello@shoptinytown.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make you a new one, free. You don't need to send the broken one back.

Buildings come from OpenStreetMap. Message us before we print and we'll check it against the latest map data and fix what we can.

Yes. We save the map data the moment you order, so later map changes don't affect your model. The print has finer detail and a matte finish the screen can't show.

Matte PLA, a plant-based plastic, in a solid wood frame. It's a decorative piece, not a toy. Dust it with a soft brush and keep it out of direct sun.
