I make it within 5 business days. Tracked shipping then takes 2 to 6 business days in Canada, 3 to 8 to the US, 5 to 10 to the UK and 6 to 12 to Europe and Switzerland. The date next to the Buy button is worked out for today's order.
Where's my parcel?
Open the link in your receipt. Your order page shows where it's up to and, once it ships, the tracking number.
Something's wrong with my model.
If it arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll make you a new one, free. See shipping and returns.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
Yes, free to the UK, Europe and Switzerland, and to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and many other countries for a shipping fee by size. The designer works anywhere OpenStreetMap has buildings. If your country isn't on the shipping page, write to me and I'll check.
Lost a gift card code?
The buyer's order page always shows it. If you can't find the link, write with the buyer's name and I'll send it.
Already ordered? Reply to your order confirmation email. It keeps your order details together. Your order number starts with TH- and it's on your receipt and your order page. To change or cancel, write as soon as you can: I can change anything until printing starts.

About Tiny Town

Framed 3D models of your neighbourhood, printed in Vancouver
I plan transit by day, so I spend a lot of time looking at maps of how cities fit together. Tiny Town started when I printed my own block in Yaletown and everyone who saw it asked for theirs.
Now you pick any neighbourhood on the site, and I print it as a small 3D model: every building, street, park and shoreline, in matte plant-based PLA, framed and ready to hang. It's a gift for the place you met, the first apartment, or the town you grew up in.

How each model gets made
I do every step myself, in my studio in Yaletown, on my own printers. Nothing is outsourced.
You design it. Pick the area on the site, the size, the palette and the frame. The order saves the exact map data from that moment.
I print it. I turn the map into print files and print it in up to four colours, green parks and little trees included.
I check it. Every model is checked by hand against your preview before it goes in a frame. Spot something off in the preview? Reply to your receipt and I'll check before printing.
I frame and pack it. Framed and gift-boxed by hand, then shipped tracked.
Every building, street and shoreline comes from OpenStreetMap, a map built by volunteers around the world. Each box includes a card crediting them, because without them there's no model.
